Visual Competitions Online Entry Form

Number of Entries:    1 entry per school per competition.

Props:                              Tables will be available.  Please specify number of easels needed.

Special Note:                School names should not be put on entries.  See competition rules for complete information.

Competition Information:       

• Exhibit must be theme-related.  Sources should be cited on a 3x5 card attached to exhibit.
• Poster I is an original, theme-related art poster by student(s) in the club.
• Poster II is a collage or other non-original theme-related art poster by students in the club.
• Scrapbook is a record written in French of the clubs activities and interests.
   

Include all visual competition entries on one form and click submit.    Print the form for your records.   A confirmation email will be issued.
